4. Serious buyers only. Buyers who make order and delay transaction will not be entertained.
   
5. Reservation of items is not allowed.
   
6. Once orders are confirmed, no cancellation is allowed.
   
7. Please make ALL enquires before placing orders.
   
8. Given chain of the necklace are the same or similar patterns.
   
9. To keep your accessories in tip-top condition, please do not let them come in contact with perfumes, sweat and water. We are not responsible for any damages.
   
10. Items will only be sent when payment is received.
    
11. The Crown Culture will not be responsible for any lost mail or damaged mail.
    
12. Customers are responsible for their cash sent through mail. Lost mails will not be entertained.
    
13. Postage fees include additional services/items (e.g envelops and wrappings)
    
14. REGISTERED POSTAGE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
    
15. Mode of payment are ONLY through Cash or POSB transfer.

    (b) Item over 40 grams, postage fee of $1
    
    **Apparels**
    (a) EACH item is $1.50 (not more than 250 grams for each item)
    (b) Item over 250 grams, postage fee of $2 each item
